"Where should I send my ashes to when I've ordered"
My answer is always the same - the address will be on the order confirmation.
It's just an address which wouldn't take a second to send the address there and then and it could speed up the time it takes for the customer to get their order back.
All true, BUT...
In my eyes the address is the single most valuable piece of information of the whole order. After all, it's not 'just an address' it's my address, my home. Even more importantly it's the home of my Mini Goddess too.
Now I'm fairly sure that I'm not going to have you pounding on my door night and day, and call me paranoid, but I just prefer to wait until we've both entered into a mutual contract (a sale) until I give away such an important piece of info.
So you see, it's not that I'm reluctant as such, it's just a way of safeguarding what's most important to me. I'm sure in my position you'd do the same.
