It's been a super busy month and I'm sending out much gratitude to all that have placed orders, liked my Facebook page, followed me on Twitter, requested brochures, signed up for my newsletter or visited my studio. I love interacting with you all and getting to know each other.
In less work related news we've been getting out and about a bit and I took Mini Goddess on her first mini mountain adventure earlier in the month. We're so lucky to have the Peak Dirstict national Park on our doorstep so we climbed to the top of Mam Tor, The Shivering Mountain. That's a long way for little 4 year old legs and she did the entire 3 mile hike without a word of complaint or wanting a carry (even when she lost her welly in the mud!)
so catch it here while you can!
For the last 12 months I've been working pretty much flat out, early mornings, late into the night, weekends, you name it I've been doing it.
You see up until just a couple of weeks ago Mini Goddess wasn't at full time school, so I had to fit work in around her needs. I found my self answering emails whilst trying to cook dinner. Cleaning beads while she cleaned her teeth. Dragging her to the Post Office on the way home from school and even blogging on the bog!! (Don't worry - I'm writing this one from my desk!!)
It was a juggling act to fit everything into a day and there was no rhyme or reason to when I could/would get things done.
So all in all I think I've got a good thing going and the only difference you will find is that if you contact me in the evening or at a weekend you won't get an instant response. Don't worry though, you should hear back from me the next working day!
